They were going to charge my daughter $299 just to do a diagnostic test. 🤯🤯🤯🤯 My Dealership (Faircy boys only charges $165-$175) which is also too high, but better than $300! Youch!

I had my diesel truck serviced at the Briargate shop several years ago and I was impressed with the service, particularly the communication. I scheduled an appointment at their current shop on Austin Bluffs & dropped it off on Wednesday morning (3 days ago) for three service requests. I was surprised that I did not receive any updates from them by close of business.
