I have never written a bad review in my life but a year later I still think of my absolutely sad and horrible experience with this doctor. I have never left a doctors appointment crying until I had an experience with this doctor. Please, if you have a child do not go to this doctor. I don’t want to go into details but you need to steer clear. Go to ENT professionals in Bettendorf instead. The office was clean, my Nurse was nice and efficient. My ENT was condescending and dismissive at best. He checked his watch at least 6 times throughout, a few while I was talking. I couldn't tell if he had better things to do, didn't want to be there, or just didn't care to hear what I had to say. Every time I voiced a concern, he'd say something like, "Well is it truly bothering you? Because if not, then I'd just ignore it." Dr schwejie is the worst doctor I've ever been to I had infected cyst in my sinuses he had no empathy would not give me a antibiotic and refused to help me, would not give me a antibiotic or remove or drain the cyst I got yelled at and he left the room and said I got other patients to see rude and don't care about you I have to to Springfield to get help do not go n see him or if you like being yelled at unprofieconal
Dr Schwalje took my money and ran. My child pediatrician wanted our child to see an ENT for reoccurring strep. Had me fill out a questionnaire. Comes back tells me he won’t do anything until my child has 7 positive tests in a year. Couldn’t this been done over the phone before billing my insurance and taking my $50? I told him we were there because our pediatrician was worried, we were there because he wanted us there. Our dr told us 4 times.
