I was on campus at my college and they had a nice canopy and good looking set up with a lot of great advertising as well. I asked if I was able to get something off menu which was half a pound of brisket and half a pound of pulled pork. They were able to give me both items with no problem at all even though they weren’t on the menu. Both of these items were phenomenal the brisket and pulled pork melted in my mouth. I have stalked them at Farmer's Markets through three of my moves =)! I also buy double and freeze the gumbo so I always have an amazing last minute meal available, especially if I have last minute guest(s) or run out of dinner ideas for the week. HIGHLY recommend.

I just happened to stumble across Adam's looking for barbecue one day online. I am so glad I took the chance and ordered there. Everything i ordered was absolutely scrumptious! Being from Texas/Louisiana roots, this food tastes like the real cajun and barbecue flavors I am used to!
