Dr. Adam S. Butera is an excellent psychiatrist. He’s kind, down-to-earth, and genuinely listens without judgment. I’ve always felt respected and understood, never rushed or dismissed. I’ve never had any issues, and my experience has been consistently positive. Highly recommend.
Im leaving this review because i have a hard time getting my medication refilled. This happens EVERYTIME I send in a request. The medication im on comes with withdraws if not taken. I have called several times over the past week. Im told "okay ill turn it into the nurse". I havent even gotten a call back. I want to be honest in this review. I love Kim and the staff. I have called multiple times this week trying to get my refill sent to the pharmacy since my refill is due Sunday. I was assured multiple times that it would be sent today (1/9/25) so that I would not lapse in medication. However they failed to send it and the pharmacy cannot to a partial refill because of the medicine type. Now I get to go through 3 days of not having my adhd medication until my appointment. This is unacceptable. The effects of not having my adhd meds are detrimental and it seems like this is a common issue... read more
