Saw ms. gifty and was very disappointed at how closed minded she was. She does not seem to understand the difference between bipolar disorder and emotional dysregulation as a symptom of an underlying condition. That is an absolute deal breaker. I won't be seeing her again for any reason. Free is still overpriced for her opinions.
Believe the negative reviews about this place, they will never refill your medications in a timely manner. I had been a patient here for about 8-9 months and not once were my medications refilled on time. At first I would call them to be refilled 5 days in advance, then I tried a week in advance, then I tried two weeks in advance- it doesn't matter. My pharmacy tried to get all my medication filled on Monday. I do whats called a med pack so i can pick up all my meds on the same day. After a dozen phone calls , many messages, and hours of hold time... I was FINALLY told that my anxiety meds weren't due until Thursday. And of course, they didn't fill it on Thursday. Guess what, they're closed on Fridays. The incident before this, I was instructed by front desk to "stretch out" my medication. ARE THEY QUALIFIED TO GIVE THAT ADVICE TO PATIENTS!!?? This is one of the most unprofessional medical offices (front desk) I've encountered. The front staff are consistently discourteous and difficult to speak to, making communication about my prescription unnecessarily stressful. Their behavior reflects poorly on the physicians and overall reputation of the practice. The owner should seriously evaluate the staff, screen phone calls and hire women who aren't bitter towards other women.
