My wife thinks very highly of Dr Butera. After reading these reviews it is concerning. What is happening to My Kimberly seems to be a pattern. My wife cannot get Kim to fill her prescriptions. last month it took 8 days from the date they should have been filled. she called 3-4 days early to ensure they were filled. And then Kim told her she needed to drive back to WF from Lawton to take a UA after she had already given one at her last appointment. So her Scripts were 12 days late. Dr. Butera would get 10 stars if possible BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD please address this refill situation that I’ve seen so many others complain about. It’s the SAME THING every month. This could literally be a life or death CRISIS for some patients and I have never seen or been to a provider that has this much trouble refilling medications on time. If you call too early, you feel like a bother to them. But you have too. It’s unbelievable!!!!
Beware!! These people do not refill your medication on time! My husband goes here and every month it has been a struggle getting his medication refilled. Every month he has missed a couple of doses cause these people have no respect of a timely refill. We will be switching doctors. Looking at the reviews it looks like this is an issue with this office. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for letting this happen.
Im leaving this review because i have a hard time getting my medication refilled. This happens EVERYTIME I send in a request. The medication im on comes with withdraws if not taken. I have called several times over the past week. Im told "okay ill turn it into the nurse". I havent even gotten a call back. I want to be honest in this review. I love Kim and the staff.
