I have been going there for many years.And everyone there has been nice and worked with well me. Dr. Butera is a wonderful Dr. You know when you can talk with someone and feel comfortable not judge he was that. Dr. Butera a wonderful Dr
Seeing a lot of complaints about medication filling, never had this issue. Personally started seeing Dr. Butera in 2005 followed him to the new office and went for years afterwards. Great Doctor, Sherrie was a great therapist as well. Front desk staff was always nice and easy to work with. I question some of these reviews and the patience of these patients.
Dr. Butera will be deeply missed. I have always valued our conversations. I attribute to him the ease with which my life has unfolded.
I have been trying to get a medication refill for a medication that I am completely out of, and still haven't received a callback from the nurse after five full days. My psychiatric symptoms are mild, thankfully, but it makes me wonder how many others are suffering from a lapse in medication due to the negligence from staff. I understand it can take time switching over from paper records to digital, but if it's disrupting the flow of the office, perhaps better planning was in order for the transition.
