Edit: I have spoken with Mr. Roy and he was the best at fixing the situation quickly. This review DOES NOT REFLECT ON HIS ABILITY TO DO HIS JOB IN FINDING YOU HOME! This was a warning for him so that he is aware that his property being misused without his knowledge… please by all means don’t misinterpret my rating thank you. Hey Mr. Roy someone is using your property on Facebook marketplace to scam people. I believe I might have been a victim. Can't say enough about how much we loved having Adam as part of our team. Finding a home is stressful enough, but having someone like Adam made all the difference. Adam Roy is my realtor for life. He had sold my first house several years ago, I was so happy with the outcome I just sold another house with him and he surpassed my expectations. I understand now just how much realtor choice impacts your result. Selling or buying a house has soo many moving pieces. Adam had the competence to get us to the closing table. I never write reviews but this guy I can’t praise him enough.
