Had a back fusion of L4 and L5 with titanium disc inserted. Walked with a walker for two days... then a cane for two days. then did a mile within 6 days, pain free. I walk up to 6 miles a day now... pain free. No twisting or bending in half for 6 months. Therapy starts tomorrow at 4 months.
