Dr. Williams listened carefully & patiently to my concerns about a possible allergy and supported my request to be tested. Nurse Annie was very compassionate and kind, and both her and Lia were very professional and gentle with the skin test.
I suffer terribly with allergies and have for years and it excellerates in the spring each year. I was in the exam room and in he strolls. No introduction, no exam coat or anything that would identify him as a DR so I wasn't sure if he was a DR or tech or P.A. First comment was "so why do you think you have allergies"? I explained my symptoms and he just stared at me. He argued with me when I mentioned a few things that set me off telling me they didn't cause allergies. If you like a doctor who is curious and interested in the what, how, and why of your asthma and allergies, Dr. Williams is your guy. I've seen him for a few years now, and he takes the time to make sure I understand what's really going on. He's helped me get my asthma under control.
Rude staff, can’t reschedule because the doctor is strict with his schedule?
Dr. Williams is wonderful! He spent time with me, he listened, was not rushed, was very receptive & respectful. He seemed to genuinely care. I am appreciative of the care I received.
