Extremely disappointed with Dr Williams office and staff. Was given a script that is essentially 3 times the correct dose for my 7 year old. I brought the mistake to their attention and they showed zero accountability. I am a nurse and caught it as I was giving the meds to my child. Dr Williams walked in with attitude and ego that made objective discussion difficult. He barely touched my daughter and did an extremely poor examination. Dr. Williams listened carefully & patiently to my concerns about a possible allergy and supported my request to be tested. Nurse Annie was very compassionate and kind, and both her and Lia were very professional and gentle with the skin test.
