Adam helped to sell our house and it seemed like an easy process but what happened was 2 buyers failed to perform right before the closing and he did everything we wanted to relay to the buyers and he kept in close contact with the buyer agents and kept us updated. Adam kept following up on the buyers Then the 3rd buyer came and it seemed all smooth-sailing but they did not pay the deposit and earnest money by the deadline came.
