Really bad experience. Dr. Miriarchi convinced me to try injections rather than surgery for a trigger thumb. When that didn't work and it was rapidly getting worse I was put to the back of the line- and couldn't get an appointment for months. Generally didn't get any response from the office until following up with phone calls, including after sending photos of badly bruised thumb.
