Did not take the time to ask questions, did not look at correct scans, awful experience
Very easy to talk to, took time to listen and put me at ease. I was relieved when I left and I’m looking forward to surgery. Also felt like he really cared and showed compassion.
Absolutely horrible experience. Surgery was scheduled, then moved without me knowing about it. My family drove 3 days from Montana to be there for me. I cancelled many important doctor appts because I was told I would be down for 6 weeks. Unbelievably awful experience. I will find a different doctor and competent hospital
Does not care, just shuffles you out fast as he can, unless your actively dying, then he might help. We felt rushed, unheard and uncared for. I have a brain thing that he didn't even know if it was a mass or cyst in the brain and my family member had to beg him just to get another scan done. Did not refer me to anyone else, I am suffering from all the symptoms of a pituitary adenoma which I have had before, and the wonderful ucms had done brain surgery years ago.
