I just sold one home and bought another... with a family of 5 kids, a St. Bernard, my wife, and me. To say we have a lot of stuff would be a gross understatement. We clearly needed help and I looked up Lehigh Valley movers. I did as much research as I could and got estimates from several companies. This company is, by far, the greatest. I had called for an estimate, and was told it would be about a month before someone could come out. I asked to hold the date I needed to move, but was explained that they work on a first come first serve basis, which I think is very fair. When the estimator, Bob, came out and gave me my estimate, I immediately accepted it. Bob called to the office and scheduled my move right there on the spot. Used 7/10/15 Showed up with 4 guys and 2 trucks. One of the guys did not speak English. They did not move all of my stuff as they ran out of room. The did damage to walls of our new home and we were told someone would be back to fix but no one has ever contacted us to date. They also went an hour and half over their estimate which I believe was due to the inexperience of their two extra guys. Was the greatest moving company on our last move so we opted to use them again 5 years later. We booked an estimate as soon as we went under contract for our house and we told them our move out date and they assured us that they would hold it. because it was almost a month and a half before they could do the estimate, so we agreed. This is the greatest moving company I have ever encountered. They were courteous, efficient, and professional. I would definitely move with them again and recommend them to all of my friends and family.
