Dr. Ziff trys exercise before surgery I had problems, I was leaking urine. It was gross! Dr. Ziff sugested I try pelvic floor exercises before going to surgery. Right now it is working! Yeah! I have pelvic pain and Dr. Ziff is working to find an answer. He said that we can do a hysterectomy, but it might not solve the problem. So we should not rush to surgery.
