CUSTOMER SERVICE. I put that in caps so the Northlake Tucker branch manager can look it up to see the definition. So I had a deposit that was rather substantial for a job and the issuer bank needed to verify it wasn't fraud, no big deal, they verify and release the funds... Sounds pretty much basic practice except this branch debits my account and won't redeposit the check and says I have to get another one issued. Last week my Banking Debt card was comprised and used at Kroger Dallas Georgia and another attempt in New Jersey. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years with @Fidelity National Bank. Never had an issue until this, I've called several times to get this resolved only to be informed that MY money would not be returned until 10 Business days.
