I had fractured femur and highly recommended Dr. Almaguer. Never got rushed, gave time to ask questions, explained and showed x-rays to explain what, why, how and when surgery will take place. After care was encouraging to speed up recovery. He made me feel comfortable enough to trust him and appreciated him helping take care of home PT visits. Holly Springs team is excellent.
Office staff has been amazing. Dc.Adam makes you feel comfortable and explains everything in detail.

Dr. Almaguer is awesome!!! His bed side manner is great, he is attentive and patient, and funny too :) He did an amazing job on my knee, totally recommend him and Cary Orthopedics in Holly Springs, NC.
Having been Dr Martini’s best tough cookie since 1990, it was going to take a special someone to take over caring for my knees. In walked Dr A and we hit it off right away. He saw what shape my knees were in and knew exactly what I needed and took wonderful care of me. I did my right one in June and left in January. The left had been bad the longest, so it gave me a bit of trouble, which was my own fault, needed to exercise more outside of PT.
