This doctor has multiple offices. Fern Park, Ocala, Venice and Deland. Only Fern Park is in Orlando area and ONLY is Fern Park Office does not take my insurance. So lets be clear, your offices that are from 45 to over 100 miles away from Orlando, where I live, take my insurance but your office in Fern Park, which is 11 miles away from my home does not.
