Very rude I HAD TO HANG UP ON HIM OUR FIRST CONVERSATION, doesn't care about your families health, states that chatonium is safe, made silly assumptions of why there is lead based paint on the exterior ground of the home, seems to care about money more than actual human beings. I'd recommend ANY OTHER COMPANY !!!!!!! First person who tested our home took a bunch of samples that weren't turned in and not on test results. So they had to come back.
