Dr. Slutsky was top notch from first consultation, through procedure and follow-up visits. Highly recommend
I've never had MOHS surgery before. Dr. Slutsky fully explained the procedure. He made sure the area was completely numb and kept up some pleasant conversation during the procedure but frequently asking about my comfort. Got clear margins the first pass and closed up the wound. After 3 weeks it is healing nicely with no ill effects.
Dr. Slutsky is absolutely wonderful. Very thorough, thoughtful and made me feel safe and very cared for. Love him, and his incredible staff...from front desk to back, thank you to all of you!
My visit at Stonybrook Dermatology was great. After my annual whole body cancer screening it was determined I had 2 Squamous cell growths. A MOHS procedure was scheduled for their removal. Dr Slutsky was my doctor. He was very thorough in his explanation of the procedure. I was kept informed every step of the way. All my questions were answered and aftercare was explained. Dr Slutsky and his assisting nurse were both excellent. I have to say that I really felt blessed to be in such good hands.
I highly recommend Dr. Slutzky. He has treated me on three different occasions. He has an excellent bedside manner, and all three of my wounds healed better than expected..
Dr Chikwe was extraordinary in the care she took in understanding and explaining my rather out of the ordinary situation.
While this is my 3rd experience with Dr. Slutsky and staff, it was reassuring to see the same familiar faces and be treated with care and respect.
