I had surgery with him about seven years ago, and unfortunately, my toes have been problematic ever since. When I returned to discuss the issues, he placed the blame on me, claiming I must have done something wrong — despite the fact that he gave me no instructions to avoid putting weight on the foot. In fact, he told me it was fine to do so. He was dismissive and rude during the follow-up. I am currently in the process of filing complaints against this doctor across multiple channels for fraudulent billing practices. He charged my husband $1500 to look at his foot for a corn, claiming he strapped his foot which did not happen at all, all he did was tell my husband to buy an insole on Amazon. My insurance provider also confirmed he charges double what other in network providers charge in the area for office/outpatient visits, $700! RUDE UNCARING DOCTOR. FIRST WORDS WERE “WHAT’S GOING ON” OR MAYBE “WHAT BRINGS YOU IN?” I SAID , “HI, I’M GABRIELLE.” HE REPEATED his first line. I explained the problem which was plantar fasciitis, and he pressed my foot very hard to show me how bad it was. He sent me for x-rays, which made no sense as there was no trauma to my foot, and proceeded to wrap my foot without asking or telling me why and then announced it could not be removed or submerged in water for 7 days. I will start by saying that if I could give zero stars or less I would. This is the most unprofessional, with no bedside manner doctor's office. It starts from the staff to the Doctor. I brought my grandmother in, she had foot pain, the first visit the Doctor says he was going to do an X-Ray being that she's old and an X-Ray would make sense to diagnose what the problem is.
