We've bought and sold two homes having Adam's help. Both deals, transactions and escrow processes were fast and easy. The only unforeseen challenge that arose after a home inspection, Adam was able to quickly pivot off of and make a bad situation work out for our benefit. If I was going to sell my home (which I'm not Adam), Adam would be my first phone call.
Awesome guy! He will work hard for you!
Only agent to call in Carlsbad. Sold our house in Aviara for more than we thought we could get
I was a first time home buyer when I met Adam at an open house. He ended up helping me to buy my first home in Escondido, which was a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in off of Broadway. The process wasn't simple but he was there every step of the way, I have since referred my best friend who has started looking at homes with Adam! Totally recommend!!
Adam helped us tremendously in finding a great home in Carlsbad. I really appreciated his communication, responsiveness, and how patiently he answered all our questions. Definitely a highly recommended real estate agent in Carlsbad.
