Took my watch to get the face repaired and they did a perfect job. In the end, my watch came out looking like brand new and the price was incredibly low. The timeliness was also perfect. It only took a few weeks to get the new piece and get it ready for me.
They are the best, I have repaired several things here and they always turn out excellent, the last thing I repaired was my earrings and they were like new, on another occasion I bought a pendant from them for my chain and it is beautiful, I always recommend them
Brought one of my pieces in for repairs (replace missing accent diamond). Owner was friendly and professional, and the repair was nicely done. Refreshing departure from the "big name" jewelry stores.
