As an established patient of this office - I must share this. I went in for a routine eye exam. I get a bill stating that I was a New patient, on top of the regular service charges. I dispute it with the office. At first, they said, "We don't have any records of you". I showed them the proof. Their final response was - "Well, just pay us in installments". It's not easy for a layman to rate a doctor's capabilities, but I can say Dr. Flug has done a good job taking care of my eyes. His office is well run. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see him.

Look no further if you are looking for an Ophthalmology! I’ve been with many good Ophthalmologist for my glaucoma over the past 10 years. Dr Flug is the one I recommended to all my family and friends. Him and his team are reliable, and is willing to suggest alternatives treatments, or medication depending on need and necessity.
Since Optum bought Prohealth, they moved the office to different location. There were four staffs helping clients, now they have one and she is the rude one or huge amount of work has made her rude. I love Dr. Flug. He is an excellent doctor but due these cuts in staffs, I have to find another doctor.
