As an adult with cerebral palsy, I had many years utilizing my PCP for medication, but most often felt like something was missing in my ability to manage CP. I was referred to Dr. Rush by a friend and was nervous and curious if he would be different. I had a horrible experience with another pain specialist, so was a little skeptical. Dr. Rush's expertise and ability to hear what I was saying about my own experience brought me to tears quickly and he did not get uncomfortable. He has become an invaluable part of my own "team,... read more

I was so taken back with how much he knew that I was literally speechless. I have now had two appointments with him and I have hope on finding answers. I lost that hope years ago but thanks to him, it's back. I can go on and on about what an awesome doctor he ... read more

I requested a referral to Dr. Rush because he was recommended in an Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome forum. I have chronic pain and needed an evaluation for EDS. While I did get an evaluation and was referred to a different spine clinic, I feel that my pain situation was not taken seriously. I feel that once again I've been abandoned by the medical profession and am on my own.
