I feel fortunate to have found Dr Lorenzetti. I had a bad spiral fracture on my tibia/fibula many years ago and needed a plate, rod and several screws inserted to restore a “normal” gait. Dr Lorenzetti was completely honest and realistic about the procedure, recovery and longterm outlook. Years later I ended up having the hardware removed. Really bad at being sly and obviously had ulterior motives during my visit. Not sure how he's able to practice medicine.
