Excellent staff from the front desk and especially the OR folks. Everyone was very professional and very efficient. They actually took time to listen. Dr. Gess took the time to explain the procedure and made me feel like I've known him for a long time. Even post-op was comfortable and I never felt rushed. When I first went to have my cataract surgery I was extremely nervous, Doctor Gess answer all my questions and very patient which made me feel more comfortable, and less nervous about the procedure. When I have my annual checkup or any other eye care I always prefer to see Doctor Gess because he's a good Doctor and really take care of his patients and the staff are super as well.
I highly recommend Dr. Gess and West Metro Ophthalmology. Dr. Gess and all of the staff made sure that all of my questions were answered and provided excellent care.
