Dr. Dehnel was outstanding. He took the time to really listen, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and reassured me when I was anxious. What stood out most was how thorough he was — even ordering genetic testing to rule things out and give me peace of mind. He was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I left the appointment feeling informed and not worried for the first time. Highly recommend.
I was extremely impressed with Dr. Gess and entire West Metro staff. Anything related to your eyes is a big deal (I had cataracts) and they were professional from start to finish. They explained my options and answered my questions. When it came time for the procedure, I felt like I was in great hands. Everything explained ahead of time and then as it was happening. Absolutely a 10/10 experience. 20/20 vision and couldn't be more grateful.
My eye doctor recommended this clinic and I am so happy I went there. I needed cataract surgery and was very nervous about it. The first thing they did was measure and test my eyes with machines I'd never seen before. It was a very comprehensive evaluation, so my lenses, when changed, would be perfect for my eyes. Excellent staff from the front desk and especially the OR folks. Everyone was very professional and very efficient. They actually took time to listen. Dr. Gess took the time to explain the procedure and made me feel like I've known him for a long time. Even post-op was comfortable and I never felt rushed.
