I have had State Farm for over 20 years. I switched representative offices about 2.5 years ago and I have NEVER had as many issues, rude, snotty, and unprofessional office staff and mistakes with my insurance. Never, in 20 years! I love State Farm, but Adam Hobbs with Marti are horrible representatives of State Farm as a whole. If I had Adam Hobbs office from the beginning I would have changed companies. Would recommend looking into another office. This office is just awful.
