My 6 month old grandson came to the Mymichigan Alpena ER with RSV after being diagnosed at urgent care. My son and daughter in law waited 7 hrs while baby Tucker declined. We asked 3 times to have him rechecked with no response.He was continuing to decline in the waiting room. When he was finally seen he was given a cursory exam and then dr Heiniman offered the baby a popcicle and pedialite. That is dangerous substandard care!
