I went ahead and gave Adam Gromko the benefit of the doubt that he would appraise my property with the utmost accuracy. Big mistake on my part for allowing him to appraise my property. The reviews here on google are more accurate than the appraising. Adam’s comparable are questionable and he tries too hard to play all the roles of an home inspector, investor, real estate agent and of course appraiser. Like others have mentioned his appraisals are very questionable. Pulls random comps and his numbers come out low based off that. If you are reading this because you had an appraisal done by him and are questioning the outcome, please do another appraisal, it will be worth another shot.
Mr Gromko did my home appraisal was about $100,000 below what it should be according to Zillow and county taxes records, and local realtors
Would not recommend Adam Gromko to do an appraisal based on my personal experience recently. Adams work is inaccurate and cuts corners resulting in a poor outcome.
Do not use Adam for appraisals at least, does an incomplete job and is dishonest.
