Like others have mentioned his appraisals are very questionable. Pulls random comps and his numbers come out low based off that. If you are reading this because you had an appraisal done by him and are questioning the outcome, please do another appraisal, it will be worth another shot.
Mr Gromko did my home appraisal was about $100,000 below what it should be according to Zillow and county taxes records, and local realtors
Would not recommend Adam Gromko to do an appraisal based on my personal experience recently. Adams work is inaccurate and cuts corners resulting in a poor outcome.
Do not use Adam for appraisals at least, does an incomplete job and is dishonest.
I have worked with Adam for years and requested his services as an inspector, FHA Home Appraiser, and for value checks. Adam is a consistent, fair, has integrity, very professional, and efficient. His knowledge of the codes is impeccable. I encourage you to utilize Adam’s services and work him into your rotation.
