These people did a great job! They were responsive and professional. Their price to install a water heater was fair. They communicated often to keep me informed. I am very satisfied with their service and will call them for any future repairs or service.
Absolutely fantastic, above-and-beyond service. The technician is a great guy and I can't recommend him highly enough... he went out of his way, with kindness and good humor, to help me out of a ridiculous situation I created for myself in a misguided DIY attempt.
I asked over the phone how much it was to flush a tankless water heater. I was told it was $149.00. I asked if I had to pay trip charge, and they said no. Then, when the plumber was at my home, he told me it was $700.00. I declined the job, but anyway, I was forced to pay $149.00 as a service fee. What service? They did not do anything. Fabulous experience with the plumber. Experienced, thoughtful and helpful in quickly taking care of our existing shower head problem as well as discussed possible upcoming plumbing needs. We will definitely be using Adam Griffith Plumbing again.
