I went to this office as a new patient snd I waited 1 hr and 30 minutes in the waiting room before I was called back to see the nurse. I then was in the room for another 45 minutes waiting to see dr Greenfield. During my waiting time in the room dr Greenfield and other staff were more concerned with changing all the ac filters vs seeing patients. I usually wait a few visits before writing a review, but I felt I had to share my experience. After being very ill for a long time and seeing multiple doctors who couldn’t find answers, I finally found this office. Dr Greenfield was the only person able to truly listen, find out what was wrong, and actually correct it. If you are scared, feeling unheard, or have had bad experiences elsewhere, this is the place for you. You will be cared for very well in a safe environment. You won’t regret it. Went here for pains in my stomach a few years back . He was horrible angry because it was 4th of July weekend he had plans . Never felt my tummy or any exam guessed at it .. gave a prescription. I said to the check out girl is he always this angry or in a rush . Then a patient out in the room over heard me . And I said if never come back she asked why I said he is mean never asked questions was in a hurry... then he followed me to my car banging on window like seriously who does that .
