Adam is the broker, Josh and his team—who act as property managers, selling agents, and investors—sold us a property for over $800,000 that, after purchase, turned out to have a significant amount of unpermitted work. Shockingly, the property's value prior to renovations was under $300,000, and none of the extensive, unpermitted modifications were disclosed during the sale.
