Dr Hyatt ruled out potential relief of painful tendon impingement syndrome through ultrasound injection by dr Liu. Once target tendon site injections showed no improvement, Dr Hyatt discussed potential risks vs benefits of minimally invasive surgery, we agreed to proceed to have minimally invasive surgery. My decision.
