Adam and his team are great! We initially applied for pre-approvals from four different lenders, and it was evident from the start that the Dellemonico team was the lender to move forward with. They were very communicative, helpful, engaging, and respectful to all of our questions. We were also impressed by how organized they were, how swiftly the process moved along, and how eager they were to make sure we secured the home that we wanted. Kudos all around!

My close friend Crystal recommended me this place as she works with Adam and knows him well. I had never applied for a mortgage before and was actually quite nervous. Adam and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout this process. Everything was professional, quick, and efficient. His team was quick to process paperwork, kept the process moving well, and we were more than ready for a timely closing. If the seller was able to move out sooner, I am sure that we would have been able to close sooner.
