Dr. Klugman has been a great GI for me over several years . I can’t say that for the logistics that Duly provides. Making an appointment in line is very complex, then you get forced to calling them. Then while on hold they want to call you back because they don’t have enough staffing in the call center. From an 25 year call center consultant.
Waited 25 minutes in exam room to see him, they gave me number to call to schedule colonoscopy that took message and never called back.
Dr Klugman is very knowledgeable as well as personable. He has been encouraging and helpful in my journey of combating celiac disease.
The staff is very pleasant and professional. Convenient location for me. Dr. Klugman very thorough and thoughtful and knowledgeable.
