I went in to have a catheter removed after surgery last Thursday. The ladies, Carla, Destiny, Diamond and Mr. Gutierrez assisting me were the most professional I have delt with outside of the hospital. The first in the morning did not make me feel uncomfortable in any way and talked with me the whole time. The afternoon follow up was amazing with a quick reinstall due to my body not cooperating/healed after surgery. The revised front office staff are leagues above the previous. Three months ago, I was diagnosed with radiation cystitis. My treatment involved intravenous fluid replacement, a blood transfusion, and transurethral catheterization, along with bladder washout and irritation. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dr. Adam Hickerson for his accurate diagnosis and excellent treatment. He was both professional and accessible and I highly recommend him!
Dr. Hickerson is a very professional and personable doctor. As a man I will say having to go to a urologist is tolerable with him and he has made a big difference in my health.
