I had a really nice experience the first time I went here back in April, so I was excited to go back when I returned to school. Unfortunately, I recently experienced some very unprofessional customer service from Kylie. Earlier in the week, I booked an appointment for a hair trim and was considering getting a gloss as well. Kylie told me that if I wanted the gloss, I would need to come in 15 minutes earlier, so I told her she could put me down for it just in case I decided to get it done.
