I will have to agree with Amber Kriegel DO NOT TRUST what they say about your insurance! They assured upon consult all my procedures would be covered. Fast forward after second procedure I was told thank you it's all covered! About a week before 3rd procedure I was called and demanded I pay 223.00 for uncovered costs and the next 2 visits would be the same cost which are the exact same procedure that my dentist can do which is covered by insurance. This is where you want to go! Dr. McKenzie and every single member of staff made me feel so at ease and informed during my entire gum graft experience. They were always super friendly and treated me with the utmost respect. All of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. Thank you to this amazing team for such a positive experience, even during surgery! You guys are awesome.
I just had my first appointment with Dr. Cassandra McKenzie and I was quite impressed. Not only was her dental hygienist, exceptional, I appreciated how personable Dr. McKenzie was. Very professional organization and appreciated being able to set up a treatment plan during this consultation.
