Dr. Fettig and his staff were wonderful for my routine wisdom teeth removal. I felt very cared for during my first appointment, the actual surgery appointment, and a follow-up appointment due to a slight complication unrelated to their surgical process in any way. They were quick to respond to my calls and concerns and never made me feel like I was complaining too much or was abnormal. Extremely kind and professional staff! You can tell that they do this a lot. Would 100% recommend.
I had a dental implant. I would highly recommend this oral surgeon as well as his staff. Staff was professional, courteous and kind. Dr. Fettig was also kind and explained the procedure in great detail.
Tooth broke off at gumline. He had to really work to get root out.The ice pack that wrapped aound the face made it easy to keep the ice on area involved.
Dr. Fettig did a wonderful job removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth at once, 2 of which were impacted and painfully twisted around. His bedside manner put me at ease, as I was nervous about surgery, but it turned out I had nothing to worry about as I was in great hands! He got all 4 wisdom teeth out no problem and I didn't even need stitches! In my life, I have been to a good many dentists and have had my share of work done. This over a 60+ year span. I must say that the experience that I had with Dr Knoff was the worse by far. This is the stuff that makes dental cowards like myself. I explained when I initially went to see them that I would like nitrous oxide as my choice for sedation. Dr. Fettig may be a great doctor but I will never know because his office staff was so unprofessional that I left the office on the day of my surgery. They lied to me about calling about my insurance and wanted me to pay for the whole thing upfront. My mother had to call and get that straightened out and even though my surgery was covered 80/20 with no deductible. They wanted me to pay for 1/3 of the cost upfront. They told me my surgery/ recovery time would be 180 min. total and that i needed someone to pick me up and then ... read more
Dr. Knoff is an excellent surgeon. He did the implant for my husband in 2010 and I in 09/22/2011. After the implant, I had no pain even a tingling when the numbness is gone. I did not take any pain killer or antibiotics. It heals by itself.
Dr Knoff & Dr Fettig are two of the finest dental practitioners I have ever encountered. My experience with Dr Knoff has consisted of six visits, all involving tooth extraction. From the front office receptionist through all phases of their operation I found substantial amounts of kindness, courtesy, and professionalism, be it making an appointment, having dental work done, recovering from pain free dental procedures, and checking out (including billing and insurance). I went here hoping to get treatment for my wisdom teeth. I was in extreme pain and didnt know what to do. They quoted me 2,000 some odd dollars. I wasnt able to make that kind of payment. I then said I really need the work done so i came up with payment for the teeth that were really bothering me. They said I was lucky I came up with some of the payment because I was about to get sent to collections. I said ok thats not very professional but heres some money.
