Dr. Brys was great. He discussed about some treatments, a different hair shampoo and hair oil to help with my hair loss and ordered some labs work in order to determine the cause and further treatments if necessary.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Brys a few days ago and found him (and his associate) to be very competent and sympathetic. I've been the patient of many dermatologists over the years (in California) and now (after moving to Massachusetts) I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Dr. Brys and Dermatology Associates of Concord.
My annual full body skin check was very easy. I was able to pre register and was called in soon after arriving with mo paperwork to fill out. I paid my deductible ahead as well. The visit was pleasant. The physicians assistant Jarom was professional in asking for information. Dr Brys saw me in a timely way and asked all the right questions. He heard my concerns about a discolored place only face.. Took a biopsy as a precaution. I was very happy with the office staff and the level of care.
I had very bad experience with Dr. Brys. He seems knowledgeable but extremely nonprofessional. He kept looking at his assistant and trying to control his laugh while talking to me. He answered all my questions but made fun of asking many questions. We go to doctors to ask questions and clarify the problems we have, that is very normal. His assistant was also kind of in a rush and rude when I asked for samples. Overall this doctors office has poor customer service and doctor doesn’t seem professional and experienced.
