Being a lender in AZ, I have the choice of ANY agent I want to represent me. I chose Adam for his hyper local knowledge of Arcadia! My fiance even owns her own brokerage (we live out of state now) and we tried listing it using her with no luck. We just STR the house for 4 months and then spoke with Adam knowing that he partnered with Brian North of North & Co, and knew they were the perfect fit!
