This company is no better than a criminal. When we looked at our rental, the deck was in major disrepair. They promised it would be repaired before our move in date. After dozens of calls and 4.5 years later, they never fixed it. The house was disgustingly dirty and I had to clean it before we could move anything into it. We bought a house. So we had to terminate our lease early. What Adam Blake did. Was Early Termination Fee us to the point of not getting any kind of security deposit refund. In fact I owed them. They are very dishonest and not trustworthy AT ALL. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. When we moved in it took over 2 years to fix the deck, This is what they call fixed

I’m an agent who assisted my sister with renting a home through Adam Blake. We worked with Christine. Over the course of the lease, she dealt with deficiencies inside the home that were either not resolved or weren’t resolved quickly. At one point the garage door closed with her car inside and it took an unreasonable amount of persistence to get the issue fixed.
