I am an active tenant with Adam Blake for a year and a half and so far I’ve been overall pleased with their services. There have been 3 semi major urgent requests I made (broken appliance/ac unit stopped/clogged toilet). They were very responsive and had someone on it FAST. Other minor repairs don’t get the same response but there is still a response nonetheless. They make themselves very reachable, responding to texts, etc. Rental process was seamless and simple. We were in two different rentals through Adam Blake Properties over the course of six years in the Lake Norman, NC area. They were always very responsive and supportive when we had issues. The staff was friendly and courteous and promptly addressed any concerns that we had. We would definitely recommend them in the future.

Discriminatory and Unprofessional Tenant Screening This place by far has the worst communication. You would think someone with excellent credit, background, rental and employment history would be approved without question… turns out that’s not the case with this company. As someone who moved in with family to save up to PURCHASE a home, I’ve been forced back into the rental market due to skyrocketing housing prices and interest rates.
