I wasn’t able to set up an appointment to see a rental I was interested in because the receptionist who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. I’ll go somewhere else to rent!
This is the first landlord I've had that isn't a slum lord. I put in a ticket about something wrong with the home, and within 24 hours I have maintenance call me with a date and time of when they will be there to fix the issue. I've used them for a couple properties, each property was well maintained and taken care of. You get what you pay for!
Adam is a great lanlord, and very easy too work with. And he is very understanding.
Adam does a great job. Fast responses and has a team to help manage a property. Knows the market and has great support.
