Adam is great! Very professional.
As long as I have know Adam he dose what he says he is going to do, and gives people a chance even if sometimes they don't deserve it. With all that can go wrong with a single house and being the head of a property management company that manages hundreds of property's, he is very quick to address all issues as they arrive and monitor them being fixed in real time, I would rent from a property owner managed by his company with peace of mind anytime!
Adam helped me with my first home purchase and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Had great availability when I wanted to tour homes. The home inspector that he recommended did a great job and helped answer any concerns I had. Easy and smooth closing. Highly recommend!
Adam was extremely helpful in our transition from renting one of his units, to then helping us purchase our first home. Would highly recommend for anyone in the market, or looking for a long term rental.
