Wont return calls or correspondence, been overcharged for years, zero help, help lines were a run around, and keep getting bills for cancelled policies.
Had a time sensitive matter and kept calling multiple days in a row trying to reach the office. Kept getting generic voicemail and put through to the automated service which then bounced me back to their answering machine. Not easy to get a hold of when needed.
I’ve been a client of Adams for probably 10 years. He will not return your phone call. I reached out several months ago and asked for him to call me, and instead someone else from his office contacted me. I inquired as to whether or not there was any way to reduce my car insurance rates, and the woman I talked to told me they could reduce my rates, but the premium was still double what I was quoted by another company.
