Ms Yvette and maintenance staff are wonderful!! Very professional when coming into your apt. I had an emotional support pet which I supplied documentation from my physician for 4 months and kept getting denied with no explanation. Finally after 5 months she got approved. Everything else at Adalay Bay has been good so I plan on extending another year.
I LOVE the neighborhood the staff is amazing especially Yvette the Service Manager.
The maintenance team here is amazing, always go out of their way for any concern or maintenance issue. Hands down a great crew!!!
The maintenance staff here all of them are fantastic I used to be the maintenance manager for 1.3 million square foot facility and based on my own knowledge I would hire all three of them to work on my staff they are courteous outgoing and very knowledgeable and need to be commended on the work they do they are credit to their profession and the job they do
