Truly unfortunate!!! When we first toured the property nine years ago, we were so impressed by the property but today - this property is utterly disappointing!! I am moving my family out of these apartments as soon as possible. It is clear that the new "management" has no concern about the level of comfort and security for the residents. This apartment complex truly shocked me. I did a tour with a resident of this property, and was completely apaled. I cannot with a strong heart recommend these apartments to ANYONE. There was personal trash/furniture from the residents on the side of the street/ entrance to a building. There is nothing but poor matinance when it comes to Adalay Bay. I lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved my neighbors, the maintenance team is prompt, and leasing office staff is nice. Unfortunately rent has increased too much and could no longer justify the cost for as outdated as the interiors of the apartments are. Will definitely miss the people!
Went for a tour and had the worst customer service experience ever!! It was very clear that she did not want to rent to a black person I definitely felt racially profiled! If you are a person of color do not rent here! It is very clear they do not care about us!
