Disgusting fecal matter pit of a dog park. No one maintains it and there is feces everywhere and now even the trash isn’t being taken out. Car wash has been closed for over a week now too. This place is just awful. Update: my dog got parasites because of all the fecal matter on the ground here. I’ve owned dogs my whole life and never had this issue before. I can’t wait to leave this place

The apartment has a lot of good things going for it like the gym, pool, and office area are all really convenient and neat. But the main issue I’ve had is with roaches. I’ve been living here for about five months and have seen quite a lot in different areas like the bedroom, kitchen, closet, and bathroom…Even toilet…It’s a nice place overall, but the pest problem really needs more attention.

My only major concern with this place is that its is overpriced and the parking is horrible. Be home no later than 4:30pm if you want to get a good park. It almost like the residents do not do any after work activities or alot of folks work from home or have multiple cars or guess over. I work nights and having to park far away with when it is cold or raining which is not fun. I would suggest limit parking spaces and assigning residents spots.
