Terrible. As a regular customer of this store the noticeable drop in customer service, the previous manager always greeted me by name when I walked in, definitely has me shopping elsewhere. Danielle, whom I told is the new store manager, couldn't look more bored if she tried and a blond sales assistant whose name I can't recall, told me to shop next door at Harris Scarfe...oh Adairs, what has happened??!!!

Don’t know what has happened to the old team of Fiona, Fotoula & Karen, but Adairs needs to get them back quick smart. No longer an enjoyable shopping experience at Forest Hill. Susie & Dani are both rude and uninterested in customer needs.

The staff refused to return my items even though they met the returns policy terms. I was told that because I had purchased them from an outlet store (it wasn't) that they couldn't accept the goods. I had to travel to another store who confirmed this was in fact false and that Forrest Hill should have accepted my return. Poor customer service.

Great service from Karen and Fiona who were happy to help me get the right linen for my bedroom (and it took me a a couple of goes mixing and matching) with the final outcome absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Adairs Forest Hill for all of your linen needs.
