Trina from adairs was so lovely and so helpful!! She took the time to help me and give me advice on how to style my bedding. She was very approachable and very kind! Thank you Trina, you made this shopping experience so much easier I will always be coming back to this Adairs as your customer service was top tier!! ☺

The product wanted was easily found but customer service was disappointing. Can accept the answering of the phone whilst serving me, but for the phone conversation to continue during the payment process is poor! The phone call should have been put on hold. Felt that my custom was not valued.
