The product wanted was easily found but customer service was disappointing. Can accept the answering of the phone whilst serving me, but for the phone conversation to continue during the payment process is poor! The phone call should have been put on hold. Felt that my custom was not valued.
I think it is so important when buying bedding products to have staff available and able to help. I often find buying sheets overwhelming with the sizes and different types. Jane helped me to find the mattress protector and fitted sheets I needed. I will definitely be coming back to this store to shop.
If i could give zero stars i would. Chris the old duck was rude and condescending. Couldnt be less helpful if she tried. Time for her to retire.
