We have had a very disappointing experience with DR Horton Adair woods. we've sent several emails regarding issues in our home, but there has been no proper response. There are a lot of creaking sounds throughout the house, and when some one was finally sent to check, the communication was very poor, there were clear language barriers and no clear explanation of the problem. Bu far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The homes they build are garbage. The customer service is a joke. The have no idea what they are doing. Beer cans in my attic, walls falling apart, holes in my window sills allowing air in. The vp of construction told me a run in my carpet 2 feet off the wall was a tack strip haha. They are all ignorant and horrible people and the craftsmanship is crap. Buy a mobile home they are built better. Update. Builder errors has lead to mold and the front of my house rotting.
