When it comes to repairing major issues such as plumbing they are very slow. This company has communication problems when it comes to fixing things. You put in a request you don't hear from them you have to keep calling them. I had a request for backed up plumbing for almost a month, no lie and they still not communicating. They are the one of the worst damn companies.

ADAIR Realty Management JON THE OWNER OF THE ADAIR REALTY WILL HELP YOU IF YOU CAN GET TO HIM, I WAS HAVING SOME ISSUES GETTING HELP WITH REPAIRS AND UNDERSTANDING THE TENANT CLOUD, BUT IF OWNER DON'T AGREE TO FIX OR REPLACE(washer/dryer) MANAGEMENT HANDS ARE TIED. SO NOT THE WORST BUT NOT THE BEST SITUATION FOR A RENTER.

Worst experience I've ever had renting in my life! The house was disgusting when I moved in, dead bugs were EVERYWHERE!! There was no stove or fridge, no window a/c units, the tub spout was missing and the roof leaked! It took 3 months of calls, texts, pictures and video before anything was done. The office staff is incredibly rude and demeaning! There were used drug needles in the driveway and the whole back yard had tons of broken glass. No one cares about that house or property at all. I'm currently renting thru this company. The owner, Jon, is a great guy. His staff and the homeowners of the properties his company manages have brought his company reviews very low. The reason I say it's the staff is because everytime you call the office for anything whether it's pertaining to rent or maintenance problems, they're always rude or the new nice ones that has come along, don't stay.
