DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. long maintains wait times. Never answer the phone. My toilet was pouring out sewer water and boo-boo leaking into my kitchen and living room 3 times. I recorded every time I called maybe 10 times a day. The days they tell you they were coming they never would come. RATS! RATS! Exterminator came and inspected multiple holes in the house leading to the back yard and multiple holes in the house where they enter. They accepted our deposit and failed to mention additional fees and requirements, namingly renters insurance, despite being asked directly and specifically what the move in requirements were.

When it comes to repairing major issues such as plumbing they are very slow. This company has communication problems when it comes to fixing things. You put in a request you don't hear from them you have to keep calling them. I had a request for backed up plumbing for almost a month, no lie and they still not communicating. They are the one of the worst damn companies.
