ADAIR Realty Management IS THE WORST I'VE RETAINED AN ATTORNEY. WON'T FIX,R ANYTHING, ELECTRICITY IS SCREWED UP I HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE IN THE DARK TO THE BREAKER BOX TO FLIP THE SWITCH, BECAUSE THE PLUGS STOP WORKING!!! CAN YOU SAY HOUSE 🔥.

I put in for a maintenance Request in May for a leaking water heater we are now in November and my water heater is still leaking ..has not been replaced I have made several requests even went down in person only to get the run around ..save yourself the headache ..

I wish I would have chosen another rental company. I was in a rush to move and thought I found the perfect house. Prior to me moving in; house is a MESS literally. House was undergoing a previous eviction where the tenant left the home in terrible condition. I was promised that everything would be fixed prior to me moving in and they even asked me when I could move in. When I moved in, the window is still broken, there were not any paint touch up’s.
