October 20, 2015 We had a Green Monster Solar Hot Water Heater installed in 2010. In May of this year, 2015, it began to make weird noises and we shut it down. We had Adair Plumbing come out and check it because they were the Installers of the Unit. Again this was in May. Adair returned in June, 2015 to examine the panels and to get the Serial numbers on them. Lack of integrity from the business owner and his business..STAY AWAY from this business!
Terrible company!!! – Rude individuals. Company sent its invoice from their assistant's personal email address to my wife's Yahoo account. Invoice went to my wife's junk mail. Less than a week after service, the owner is sending my wife threatening text messages and left her a very unprofessional voicemail - all after she had paid the bill the day before. Even threatened to go back into the house and rip out the disposal, all for a $150 invoice that was not even a week old. Clearly ignorant of any laws or professionalism. Th... read more
