Kia Howard sold me a home and kept all the manuals and the keys. Then told lies about how I would not let him on the property, when I have never even met him. He also left me and the house with about 800 pounds of trash and he did not clean the inside or the outside of the house, nor did he even do what was agreed he would do for repairs. The yard has rocks that were supposed to be cleaned up and it would have been nice if he had of mowed the sticker plants and weeds in the yard. He kept the gate key, as he must have been... read more
