They were very professional and responsive until we had actually secured the land. Then when we had purchased the land they dropped off the map. Would not return phone calls/emails and give us a bid for anything. Asked several times for a bid that included a daylight basement and upgrades, unfortunately we never received this. Once you buy the land and have a construction loan the clock starts ticking and a company taking weeks to get back to you (or in my case not responding at all) is unacceptable.
